night puppy ask the dr if he can give you potasium pills. they look like horse pill
but the help my legs where I'm on a water pill.
think I will go to long day and short sleep times.

Cat, I am on potassium pills. My blood work this month shows my potassium in good range. So it's the fibromyalgia, I guess. It's so frustrating, as I cannot stay at doing something for a very long period. If I'm washing dishes, I wash a few and then I have to sit down. The muscles in my upper abdomen and back are wracked with pain. I came back on, as I am so tired, my eyes want to droop shut, but the pain is keeping me from going to sleep. I am going to go, and try again to relax and sleep.

i feel you puppy major reason i cant sleep with the
arithites and fiberomyalgiits impossibe to do anything
i try to do dishes and my lower back screams go sit down.

am so excited about going to church. Missed last Sunday in the hospital
and hated it. My church buddy is 92 y/o and he saves me a seat every Sunday
and then he, his son, me and our sunday school teacher go to lunch it is so
fun. We take communion together. He is like a special Grandpa God sent to
me. I am very blessed.
