Well you know how to smile for the camera, so that is a good start. However, all of them are basically the same. Try to get a few pics in a variety of settings, perhaps a pic or two of you engaged in one of your favorite activities. You also need to include at least one full body pic. You need to prove through your pics that you have a slender body type....I'm not at all suggesting that you are lying about this, but you'd be surprised what passes for an average body type these days.
Your profile text is quite skimpy. We hardly know anything about you going by what you have there. Get into some detail about your personality, interests, and what kind of guy you are hoping to meet. I'd take Countrylady's suggestion and browse through a few profiles of regular female reviewers if you are struggling with this part. Best of luck to you!
