It is appearing in the middle of my screen on DH and I cant get it back where its supposed to be AT THE BOTTOM ! I have reloaded the page numerous times today Friday and it wont go away and is annoying as hell .What is the problem ?

coustomer service is saying to disable youre im till they get it fixed...several others is having the same problem..

I was having the same problem
Now when I go to my Account Options it says "IM is unavailable right now"
The option to turn it on or off is not even there now

customer service posted somewhere else to let it be known they are aware of the situation and are working on it.

Thank you for posting that they are working on it. A member told me that his was fixed (the IM being in the middle of the page). Mine is still completely gone. UGH!

kristin...I think that maybe the member who told you that was mistaken.
Possibly when he/she saw that the bar wasn't in the middle of their page anymore they just thought it was fixed and didn't realize the site had completely removed IM until it can be fixed.
By the way...please be patient and don't let the absence of IM here cause you to give out your yahoo messenger or something like that.
That would make a hacker's or scammer's "wet dream" fantasy come true.

Well...when I first started using computers I didn't know very much about them; naturally; so I had to ask questions.
Thanks to the people who were kind enough to give me good answers I was able to learn very quickly what I needed to know...Now I'm simply trying to do other people the same favor by passing on what I have learned.
Apparently most people appreciate it considering the number of emails I've gotten from people thanking me for my help.
I try not to post unless I have something relevant to say, and I try to word my posts in such a way as to not be offensive or condescending towards someone unless they have shown me that they don't deserve that amount of respect.
I also try not to post just for the sake of posting, or to say "hi" to someone as should be evident by the fact that I've been on this site since January and still don't have a single star.
I also try not to post completely off-topic unless it's in direct response to someone else who has already posted off-topic.
If I have offended anyone by posting as I have then I Apologize.
As far as being on Dustin's pay-roll...once again "I Wish"...but that will never happen.
I hope this gives you a better understanding of me, and why I post here the way I do.
