Dude...if someone was calling you old and ugly then it obviously had to be a child... you do know that children can be cruel ...don't you? It's adolescent ignorance..plain and simple! Hell, I've had some women my age call me "too old" because they're into "boy toys"... only gonna hurt themselves in the end. In my cynical moments I feel that people really are stupid and I'd rather be with my critters.
Well, for one thing, women are not as much into physique as men are so you can be thankful for that. Another thing is that if shape/size is an issue you take personally then you can do something about that. I know a guy who was your size or far bigger and lost down to near my size on a diet of one meal a day plus carrots, apples, celery sticks for lunch. It gets to be changing your whole image. When we are sensitive about ourselves it's time to get down and work on it. If you're happy with how you are then it's no big deal. Then you just be very thankful that you're happy and comfortable with yourself.

The infamous Mrs. Rite is either married or just wants a friend! LOL Don't worry is she said that she may actually be extreemly attracted to you and that was her way of saying it or a defence mechanism to keep her feelings at bay. I would let it kill me just keep pushing forward till you find the rite girl with the rite sounding responces and it will all be good in the end.

If you are happy with yourself and confident in who you are then idiots like
that won't bother you. You will look at them and what they say as not meaning anything
worthwhile.
If, however, you are not happy with yourself and confident in who you are...then you
need to work on that. Change what you don't like and become a better person.
Love yourself first...most important thing in life...then you can love someone
else.
Don't ever allow the nuts on here to get to you...I learned that....thanks to all
the really nice people on here who are very supportive.

First thing you have to do is ignore the people that are bored and have nothing better to do than try to make someone else feel like they do.
You have to have good self-esteem and let comments roll off, because in the end you'll find the right woman for you, while the other person is still out there trying to make people feel bad about themselves.
You'll be happy and he/she will still be miserable.
