Hey Dutch... and Working...Great to hear other guys admit to not living for sports. I was involved with sports all through school (football, wrestling & baseball). I have no time for sports on TV and I mostly only watch the Super Bowl for the commercials and to be with my friends.

 I wish I knew; it would help on the first "meetings" while I have been off the market for internet dating (took a break)for a year. I generally like to call them first meetings. If the guy is interested I think He should be the one to iniate the next call to set up a date.

I do not want to feel obligated to be with someone for the entire evening on the first meeting even that way either of us is free to leave when a short meeting is scheduled.

Common Ground is nice for a start and if you want to continue the meeting for longer go for it but this way you have an escape plan ready.

I've also heard many stories from guys who have gone to meet women and found that they used someone elses pic; or their pic was 20 years ago and feel like even if these were fantastic people; they would not consider it because the entire thing was started with being deceitful. So Ladies while men are visual; at least put your best foot forward; yes many men want the twiggies in the world while others look for women who carry themselves well; and present themselves in their true light; so be confident and walk tall and straight!

Humor doesn't hurt either..be up todate ask him questions about what is important to him, have a few questions mentally prepared and

I didn't realize people put so much thought in what to expect on dates. Maybe I walk into fire blinded? lol I don't know... I just go and enjoy the evening with a man. If a lady doesn't want sex on any date, NO is a good word choice, same for men.
