What would induce you to give up life as you know it to face the unknown? Were people before us more adventurous than we are today? Does money factor into the importance of your choice or only personal happiness?
I give up anything for the people in my life who matter and there is nothing of importance to me materially that I could not and would not walk away from for someone I love.
I would love to have been able to step off a shore and sail to nowhere anyone had been...I wish I had done it before I had sons but then I wouldn't have sons so endless cycle there!

i'd do it for love in a heartbeat. no problem. I'm lucky I'm at that point in life where I can tho, haven't always been able to and won't always be able to. but now the children are grown and grandbabies ain't here yet. did i hear someone shout "Freebird" ?
hell yes! and a foreign country or super-secret spot no one's ever been would be even better.

I've done a lot of things in the name of love and no I'm not sorry for doing them either. Sometimes you've got to take chances and take that 1st leap even though the unknown is there. If you don't take changes then you'll always be wondering and that old saying Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda bites you in the ass.

I will not change my life in the slightest. I am quite happy. If i met a great girl, well that would be a bonus.But if not, well so be it. We are all single, well i hope so, what with us being on a dating site, But what is to stop us from sailing into the unknown especially the guys, I know the gals may have mothering to still do, but a fatherless single man should be on his boat rowing away like hell by now!!!JMO

Moving some place new is very exciting for a time but after a while it becomes normal, like it was in the last place lived. Learn to enjoy the little things in life like a good cup of coffee, a meal or a grandchild that can go home in a few hours. Did I mention peace and quite also ?

The only thing too fear is fear itself, if you don't take chances, how will you know if you would have failed. That is why I say , even though someone do's not have a picture posted, you never know if that person could be the one you have been looking for all your life. So why not take a chance and talk too them for awhile, what do you have to lose. Some of us shadow people just might fool you.
