When I was young looks was first then personality. The older you get you see things different. Looks like Barbie doll doesnt last forever.

Although it doesn't hurt to have someone on your arm who looks good....without the personality it doesn't matter much. A man or woman can be drop dead gorgeous but if they have an ugly character they will eventually make your life miserable. It's more important to have someone you can talk to, laugh with and share lifes' experiences with.

The older a person gets the more you realize bodies and looks change
I would like to have a man that loves me for my insides, but cares enough to help me keep the outside looking good too.
And not by telling me how bad I look, but because he cares and loves me.

Looks are what grab my attention first, but it's the personality that keeps it. Which is why I have no probelm writing to people that don't have a picture up on their profile. On a dating site I am more likley going to pay more attention to the women that write something intelligent without foul using language than I am to that woman that is very pretty but never has a smart thing to say.

personality is of the upmost importantance, but there also has to be a physical attraction. I have more than once been accused of dating ugly guys, but I tend to find strange little things attractive, bueatiful eyes in a less than attractive whole packageworks for me causeI always look people in the eye, popeye forearms and broad shoulders always get me. seeing a man Any Man swing a splitting mall (OMG) A Huge loud belly laugh will get my attention just as fast as a nice ass in tight jeans

I think you should be somewhat attractive to someone but the personality is way more important.Eventually when you spend time with someone with a beautiful personality they get cuter and cuter in your eyes anyway the deeper you fall in love with them.
