dustin hasn't posted it, so i ain't worried about it. any way the drs. has put me on the cardiac diet/exercise program. having a stress test done in july. i have to loose about 100#'s plus. had to cut out most of my fav. foods! darn it! so i hope everybody is doing ok and post some stuff on my nela chat ok?
