I'm not sure if this is why they're not replying or if it's something specific in your e-mail to them, however I would suggest reviewing your profile more thoroughly. Fill in a few of the questions you previously left empty, several of which are the first I look at upon opening a profile. Also, go through and make moderate use of spellcheck and correct punctuation and some og the grammatical errors. Why do I say this? Because you are looking for women 'beyond intelligent'. If her profile is saying much the same as yours, it's likely saying it a bit more eloquently and with a lot less errors. To her, you might be looking a bit hypocritical or fake. Mind you, spelling and grammar aren't top of my list when I'm searching for someone, but I'm not seeking out people that are beyond intelligent. You may get better responses or at least a higher percentage of them.

I MIGHT ADD ONE OTHER THING...please read this part also...
men and women check out each other's profiles, to see **what they write in their profile**, or other factors which might give a clue
as to *why do they write what they do,in the forums*.  
Just because someone LOOKS at your profile,
*****do not assume they have a romantic interest in YOU*****.
Women check out women, to see if they might want to have a new friend,
does not mean they want to be romantic...
same with MEN looking at women, and women LOOKING at men...some of us have friends just for friends sake. Nothing EVER EXPECTED beyond internet acquaintances,(friends).
This is a site of many personalities...
We often wonder, what makes people TICK, and march to a different drummer????

not crazy! you may just be missunderstood and I mean that in a good way. I look to see who has looked at mine.I write and say hello to them all.Nice to TRY making friends. No response never bothers me a bit.

yes i see a lot of single females look at my profile or pictures and i return the favor and look at theres, but if i look at someones first and send a hello, there are some ladies that are just rude that can`t even say hello back or just total b*tch and just delete your message with out even reading it, i always give the person that sends me a message the respect to even say hello even if there is not a match, just to let her know there are some men around that still will respect a women,
but it`s all good, there lost will be another womens gain, b.t.w. what was the question...lol

Baba Booie, your after my own heart here. See I still think that out of respect and consideration one should at least say, we are not a match or I would like to get to know more about you etc. In this day and age it is too easy to just dismiss someone. You do not know who I am so I just won't answer you. That is sad, what happen to us as humans being considerate of the other person.
Wine, you are correct also, I always enjoy your comments and the way you put things. I do not send a message unless I really really enjoy their profile and are interested in that person. The sad part about them not answering me, one way or the other, is - I put myself out there, believing that we might have a connection of what they say in their profile. so for them not to answer, just tells me that they are not worth my time and not worth the trouble. It lower my opinion of them, which they don't are anyway, but it saddens me to think that we have come so cold. For those of us that are sincere, have a loving heart, it is very disappointing and think and remember why I like my pets best.
