I was home schooled when I was younger so I didn't get much 1 on 1 time with the other girls my age, So I never really learned how to talk to a girl when I was younger. I am a very nice guy though????

If I was his age knowing what I know today, I would focus more on books than bux. He already has decent "stock" and a good education with outstanding grades, an advanced degree and hopefully a business acumen would really make his "portfolio" skyrocket.
Once I got to where I was making a very nice living, I would choose a nice, but practical and not too outlandish, vehicle, a modest home, and dress the same way. Project a practical image, get a practical girl. Gotta weed out the opportunists.
If this guy does that, I'd bet he'd be fighting the women off. Who wants to fade me???

I went off his profile. Add to that the fact he is young with his whole life ahead of him.
If his profile is accurate and he does the right things at this stage, he won't lack for relationships in the future...

Seems in previous posts that women tend to go for the very confident guys...that's why they end up with the wrong ones, often times. (There was another post that had an article about people very good on dates, in social situations, due in large part to their confidence, but tended not to be the best partners.)

not really,I was extremely shy when I was growing up,slowly getting better at it,but i've only been in 3 relationships in my life,none of which were great,looking back now I realise I missed out on a lot of girls because of my fear of others,and inexperience (I missed what are now obvious signals)

Shy has little to do with it guys. Women have a language of their own and men don't know any of the vocabulary words they use. Need to learn their vocabulary and language to talk to them. Once you do this they will talk-talk-talk. This translates into relate-relate-relate. Hmmm, relate rhyms with date.

I'm all over the place on here...
Wouldn't appear shy on a bad day.
But in all reality.... I'm a pretty laid back and, yes, a shy person.
When I'm in a public place all I want to do is get whatever I need to get done, done and get the hell out of there.
Not sure if it's my advancing age or previous stage/performing experience but I can turn the shyness off if for only brief moments.
Personally, I would recommend some drama classes or workshops if you are shy to the point of it being a negative factor in your life.
Either that or become the lead guitarist/vocalist for a touring R&R band

Personally, I like shy/nerdy guys. They're great thinkers and communicators and they're not all over the place trying to prove to the world they can score with women. Although shy to the world, behind close doors they are wicked, loving, nice, incredibly sensitive and guys one can cherish. It just takes a good woman to bring them out and accept them for who they are and not try to change them.
She may need to do activities by herself or with girlfriends, if she can withstand not having to have a man up her butt 24/7 validating her existence, if she's confident in herself, they have an enormous trust in each other and know where each other stands, and doesn't assume that the grass is greener elsewhere because he's not as outgoing, both of them can have a rocking relationship.
My dad was like this, but my mom was the youngest of 12 so she was very outgoing. Where my dad didn't want to go, my mom took us, even on weekends to her sister's house in Jersey or summers in Puerto Rico. My parents never had to worry about the other when it came to outside influences, but of cause this was the 70s, a different time. Three of my friends have husbands like this now. They wouldn't trade them for anything in the world. I think its sweet.
