20 oz. chunked chicken in cans
8 oz can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
8 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
couple packs of shredded cheese
about 20 small tortillas and 10 large tortillas
jug of cooking oil (what ever kind you use)
open cans of chicken, mushroom soup, and rotel. drain
combine in a large bowl and mix together making sure you break the chicken chunks up into a manageable size
spoon about 2 teaspoonfulls into each tortilla, add a little cheese and roll the tortilla into a cylinder closing off one end
cover the bottom of a large skillet with grease about a 1/4 inch deep, use medium heat
lightly brown both sides and enjoy
makes between 25 and 35 delights.
The name of this particular recipe comes from the fact that you can buy all the ingredients at the local dollar general store.
