How do I tell a person is a fake, I don't, they tell me. That is why communication and listening to someone is important. A person who is fake is pretending to be someone they are not naturally. To keep up such an act requires meticulous attention in how you act, what you say, remembering your lies and keeping all of your ducks aligned. That seems to take a lot of energy which eventually means the mask has to come off and get some rest. Follow your gut instincts if you suspect someone. The more you set traps or trickery, the more aware and smarter the person becomes of your antics. If you are suspicious, pay attention and the 3D picture will reveal itself.
