 | Country music is the best! There is nothing better than listening to George Strait, Dierks Bentley, Rascal Flatts and many more!

 | Thanks for your vote, prettygirl. I agree with you that country is the best but I prefer the stuff from the late 70s thru' early '90s.
 My favourite country singer....

 | Nice music, 2blu. I still like hearing an occasional Roy Orbison - I think that was country? I saw Shania Twain in concert in Calgary a couple of years ago - she put on a good show.

 | I've evolved into jazz and it has become my music of first choice to listen to now; however, I have very eclectic tastes, except for rap, hip hop and opera. I love guitar jazz, but my absolute favourite piece of music is Harlem Nocturne played on a baritone saxaphone (a sexy piece of music that IS). I'm also a country fan and love many of the new artists (I try to keep up - lol). I have also collected off the web and burned on a CD my favourite Doo Wop tunes. I once saw a doo-wop show live at the Jack Singer - great stuff. I also saw Buckwheat Zydeco when he was in town. I took my daughter and she loved it (she didn't have a clue before what zydeco music was). When he started playing that concertina, her feet started tapping like everyone else's.

 | Oldies...60's and up. Sob, it's sad when they started to consider 80's music as oldies

 | I have no real Favourite style. I like a varity of styles, but avoide Heavy Metal, most Rap, and opera. I don't have kids to blame, but I am the second youngest of 9 which means I've heard a lot of different stuff and have grown a liking to it. As long as it doesn't repeat too much.
with 7 sisters I guess I'm more soft hearted then anything, but with my interests I also like anything that can be inspiring in some way also. An open mind needs to explore

 | All music is enjoyable. Well, ok ok, not all. Rap and some of the new stuff is completely wacked.
