Isn't that always the way, that a youngin' would say those exact words. You never hear a 40 year old say that !!! I am in no way disrespecting you, but the point I would like to make is that we are at a VERY different stage in the process of life. I once dated a man 23 against my better judgement, when I was 33. Still a good friend of mine, BUT it was'nt pleasant for either of us ,or my children, when he finally realized that he did need to marry and have children of his own. So, my friend, we are just trying to save both of us from heartache.

I understand that kal. I have met some 50 yrs old who will never mature also.
but, what do you expect to come of the relationship? Cook, pretty much summed it up, we are in different stages of life. Now you may be only looking for some sexual fun, but what happens when the heart gets involved? It could be a potential disaster.
You need to grow with your partner, and work towards the same goals in life. You would be missing out on too much if you were trying top lay catch up.

Patty's... I agree with you.. we are at different stages in life and when you haven't been at those stages yet you can't see what we refer to. I think the younger guys just see older women as having experience and like the maturity over some fly by night younger gals. Whatever it is.. I don't disrespect it.. it's just not for me or many older women. THough I met someone my age recently and you gals know who I'm referring to here.. and he plays mind games better than most younger men.. so not everyone is up for dating no matter how old they are. lol
