Yes, I will admit a man in uniform is attractive and will catch my attention. What attracts me more is what it represents honor, pride, commitment, loyalty, etc. To fall head over heals over a uniform, that's just silly.
Much rather have an honest, caring, loving,one woman man, than just someone in a uniform.
But then that's me.

I will agree that Marine blues are sharp. I will be switching to Marine dress code myself after finishing field med in Pendelton.

I love the Army green class A's. I wear it's traditional colors. I'm happy with the oldest branch out: Army. I am proud to be a veteran of Iraq and proud of the courage our country has shown in war times through out the decades. When I step out in them it reflects class and a bound by honor this country has given to this Mexican.so I'm proud to serve in the US.Army and yeah I do like feeling handsome and ladies aren't shy when they see a man in uniform so I appreciate the looks and the compliments.I wear it proudly regardless of woman.I wear it because I came in knowing I joined so I can deploy and stand by America throug thick and thin and do my time and get out honorable

I will agree that Marine blues are sharp. I will be switching to Marine dress code myself after finishing field med in Pendelton.
All you get to wear are the alpha's and charlies. Plus it ain't worth it because you can't skate out of their uniform inspections. If you have the uniform they are doin the inspection on you have to wear it. Just more crap you have to worry about upkeeping

Most of the women who holler I want a man in uniform are only thinking of two things. How good yall look in uniform and the benefits they would get. Then reality sets in when they are stationed hundreds sometimes thousands of miles from home alone their man in uniform is either deployed or on training missions and the money isn't as glamorous as they thought it would be. I stood and waved and cheered as my husband deployed not crying because he made me promise not to and then as I walked back to my car feeling lonely and scared I got so angry. Half the young women in our units roster of married couples were standing around talking about which bar they were going too and how much"fun" they were going to have. When some were asked later after the guys returned and the divorces were started what had happened to their fairy tale they said they "didn't" know how hard it would be and it was just to much for them. I may be divorced now but it had nothing to do with not being able to handle it.
