Don`t know but have a bushel of grapes getting ripe. Any good wine recipes I lost the good one or it was a good year. Probably used more grapes than it called for.

I love a good sweet Italian wine, my all time favorite cheese to snack on is sargentos Cheddar and I love to cook with Swiss.

I don't know, but it's sure good. Probably the light acidity of the wine cuts and balances out the richness of the cheese. My favorite cheeses are Cabots sharp cheddar or slices of Parmesean, which is expensive to eat out of hand but I'm addicted to it.

Something else really good. I love to go into my favorite winery here in town, where they serve samples of everything.

I love to purchase a Lindt chocolate truffle and eat it slowly with a sample of one of their dessert wines. Puuuuuure heaven.

Booze ( ) made up a few of the gifts I gave last Christmas. This year I'm giving my s/o's grown daughter a bottle of dessert wine and some homemade truffles.

any really sharp cheese with a sweet wine is good, or a dull cheese and robust wine

Grapes are the best all caked in cream cheese and then coated in crushed up sesame stix..wash that down with a nice cabernet ...it's on!

I prefer a dry red wine like a cabernet with beef, preferably NY steak mesquite grilled to enjoy with the more lucious red wines..much more intense ripe fruit notes than any white wine has
