I'm not into feet in particular but I do know a bit about handling feet, even sensitive/ticklish feet. You have to be firm if her feet are ticklish you can't softly caress them. You can still massage them but you have to be very careful not to tickle. Im not to sure what is all involed in having a foot fetish but I guess it all depends on how into feet you are.
