I just wish I had the idea originally to get a site like this. It's all about advertising dollars. Whew. The odds of you meeting someone on a site is way up there, but does happen. To meet someone locally? Better odds.
Just get on this blasted site and have a ball. Who knows, you might move to her city, she might move to yours. Good luck, but HAVE FUN.
Still remember, its a place where like minded folks can get together online and enjoy some laughter with and at each other.
Its all about advertising dollars.. sorry.

As we chatted into the nite out hearts began to strenghten forming some sort of bonds ..me getting to know you better, you getting to know more about me...we even shared so many things in common. It was truly amazing how much alike we were....Oh let's not forget about the times we LOL like high school kids...remember??? We both know from the moment we chatted that our lives would have changed forever because we had never met before now ..Hoping to make each day a better day for the other always find kind words to say .. using words of wisdom that our lives have so well taught us..I don't remember when or how I got lost in the notion that it was just words running across my screen... Do you? yeah I know (after sometime) those words took on a better meaning and I like you began to believe all that was said...
What time has has given us we could never exchange it at a local bar, or one of our favorite places we shop.
Your voice was like music to my hears such a pleasant voice you have it remind me of smooth jazz. We had spoken many times now and our chats are less frequent but still I love the e-cards you sent. Didn't really take you for a guys would like stay on the phone for hours(unless your mins are free after 7 PM and week-ends) maybe I could have been wrong.

Your company was a delight and so are the meals we both have had a wonderful time. Just hanging out with you have been great.. going to the movies,chilling at the park and oh yeah the bands all have been a delight. Nevertheless, dispite all that I see a change in you..Why are you changing? or is this the "real" you? Could it be another part of you that make you whole? You hid it well funny how in time the "TRUE PERSON" come out.. What I am seeing now is a total stranger who words I should have let run across my screen...Where did you go? I was SO CLOSE.

Hey I've exhausted every profile in Chicago. I've sent long detailed emails and I got 2 responses and those were very quick and to the point. They didn't even answer any of my questions. I don't know whats the big deal. I've put out offers for NO STRINGS ATTACHED COFFEE, and although I don't have a picture in my profile I do send one out with emails. So I ask the same thing you do, why in the hell do people join this if there not gonna hangout with anybody.

I live in a small town. At first limited my search to a 25mi radius, then 50, then 100, then said to hell with it & went nation-wide. That's where I found my Baby.....I always remind him of the Tom Petty song "You got lucky Babe, when I found you". He couldn't agree more. Sometimes, bliss is not found in your own back yard. That's why they call them horizions......

Metu, congrats girl, I live in a little town too , no hope there, I tried just my area and HHHHaaaaa, nada.......emailed with guys in the big city,87 mi away and they said "oh ,its toooooooo far to drive. Guess they have plenty to choose from without driving. Yeah, Im thinking its better to live in a city..I like little town living except I know everyone here, u cant have any secrets.I prefer to keep my private life "private"...... I dont go to bars or "church" they r big on that here , they say "if u want to find a gd man , ya got to go to church" yeah right. Im still cking out WalMart but not having much luck there either........
