There is not anything specific that I first look at on a man, unless their is physical feature that stands out. For example, the gentleman may have long eyelashes which is unusual, or a man may have a scar across his forehead which is uncommon. In both cases,
because these features are scare, naturally these are the first things I look at on a man. In both cases, neither determines the heart of a man.
