Lot's of things - sort of depends on the situation. A group of women is distracting (I think that is why women travel in packs - like a flock of starlings escaping/avoiding prey! - LOL)
I look at physical, first obviously (I haven't talked to her yet). I like nice hair, a good smile and welcoming eyes. How she is carrying herself - look for confidence (again, depends on the situation/environment).
