This forum is an illusion...I'm not really putting letters together to form words to string sentences together trying to convey an idea...it's all an illusion I'm seeing that is just being reflected off the back of the inside of my brain to make me think I'm seeing something that is not really there?... perhaps...I think I'll go find another illusion to play with and see what reflection I get for some great fun...

jewelz's sheeple world helps bass and queen agree on something...... God is mysterious and does work in mysterious ways.
Jewelze..... entertain yourself with an illusion - what do you get from your illusion besides self-glorification? if its all an illusion - try walking through a wall - dont forget to take your body with you. i hope your body consents to the illusion of your mind.
i must also appologize for your alien theory - a sincere appology. if your illusion of the world is described in non controlling ways - id like to hear more on the evidence you have on written languages older than 10,000 yrs..... i saw stargate too and want to know if your palgerizing a good movie.

I believe in one Creator and that Creator made me perfect. If there is any evil in the world it is the saying that we are not created just as the Creator intended us to be. I don't know about you all but my 'GOD' does not make mistakes. I am just what 'GOD' wants me to be.
'God' is not unhappy with me because my 'GOD' knows that I am always searching every day of my life to be the best that I can be. How could 'God' ask for more than I am able to give.
If you believe in Jesus then he said "It is done". It was finished not his dying but the responsibility he had to do. If you believe he paid the price for your sins then it is done. Nothing else to do.
When he gave us directions on how to live it was to not hurt yourself. That is why I said if I lie it hurts me, you will forget it in a while as you move on with your life. But it will be in my conscience forever. So too with the rest of the commandments. That is why he said that the law is in one commandment "Love your neighbor as yourself" and "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you". All the others are followed if we do this one.

One more thing there is only a satan if you believe there is. The only evil I have to deal with is the self that wants me to feel bad about myself and not realize the wonderful thing that MY GOD has made me. It is the part of me that excepts that I am born evil and have no choice. It is the part that says I am bad. I am lost and not loving as MY GOD is loving. That is the evil.

do you mean that if a person believes in jesus, then that person does not have to be responsible for their actions?

No I believe that only that person is responsible for their actions not some unseen evil.
You can decide what you are going to be every second of every day. The exception would be, of course, if you are drugged or drunk out of your mind so that you are unaware of what you are doing. But then you choose to drink or do that drug.
The nature of man is to do good, so if we are Not doing good, we are going against our own nature. Doing evil is against our nature, therefore causing us much discomfort and irritation. It is harmful to ourselves to harm others.

Satan is very powerful. After all, in the Book of Job, Satan was able to tempt God into doing the vilest things to one of God staunches believers. If Satan is that powerful and God is that vulnerable, who would you choose?

Hotlicks said something to the effect that Hell might make for "hotter women!"
I swear, you make me LOL all the time, Hotlicks!
That means there will be hotter men in Hell, too! My vote goes to Satan!
But I also respect what Jesus was trying to do. He was a genius before his time.
