I am a kind hearted person who is loving, kind, good hearted, unpredictable, cheerful and fun loving. Or I used to be before my husband passed away. I have come to a point where I am ready to get back into the world again. At this point, I need a friend. And it may grow into something more and it may not, but still have a friend. I love the Beatles and the music from that era. I love blues and southern rock also. That old Motown music easily wipes out rap and hip hop. I don't smoke and prefer a non-smoker because I couldn't bear to watch someone I love die from lung cancer again. I like long drives to nowhere. Occasional trips to Atlantic City and would love to visit other states to see our beautiful country. I love the Yankees, and root for the NJ Devils. Rainy or snowy days are nice for cuddling. I love living near the water. I value life and appreciate the small gifts that come with it. I love animals. I have a 2 year old rottweiller and a 13 -1/2 year old greyhound - who is the love of my life. I adopted her when they took her away from the track at 20 months. I like to make people laugh, for which i think i have the knack. I am in a good mood most of the time. The little things don't bother me anymore. I've seen so much in my lifetime that not much surprises me. I was an EMT for over 20 years so I have probably seen more than most.
I am very spiritual, and I tend to be open minded about a lot of things that other people question. I do march to a different drummer. And lately I wonder why my friends are getting older and I'm not.
I believe there are no such thing as conicidences and no matter what has happened in your life, you are on the path that God wants you to be.
