I have been told that I look younger than my age. I am outgoing at times and can be an introvert at others.I have a great sense of humor and am very communicative, sometimes too much. My interests are in the area of holistic living and physical fitness. I enjoy working out in the gym and outdoor activities. I like to run, bike, hike, both nordic and alpine skiing, and sailing. In the area of music, I can enjoy most any type, but my favorite is smooth jazz. Books I enjoy the most are non-fictional biographies and self improvement contributing to my quest for a sound body, mind and spirit. A strive to maintain a positive outlook in life.I have four wonderful children that live in four different time zones than me, but we try keep in contact with one another and attempt to have a reunion once a year. My first priority is faith in God which is very important to me. I am trying find a church that I will regularly attend.
I am relatively new to Arizona, having just moved from the state of Wisconsin to assist elderly parents. Would like to meet someone with the same interests.
