With me, you will enjoy complete honesty about all things, a high level of integrity, and someone who believes that a close friendship is one of the greatest things in life. True friendships are rare. Friendships that become intimate life-long commitments are rarer still, and take time to develop.
I am not looking to "hook up." I am not looking to rush into anything - I refuse to make another mistake. I'm exploring possibilities. I want to have A LOT of fun with the rest of my life and share it with someone very special to me. I want to do things and go places that were heretofore not possible.
My work: I am in executive management at a respected Omaha insurance company. I work in Information Technology in networking and telecommunications, and I have been with my company for almost 16 years. I am what some would consider a computer geek (but I don't think I look like one!). My hobby became my profession - that's something most people dream of. For me, work ends at 5:00 p.m. at which time I look forward to spending time with family. As time permits, I run or bike. I completed the Lincoln Marathon in 2001 and had hoped to do the Chicago Marathon in '08, but registration is closed already - so will shoot for the Lincoln marathon again. I love to eat at fine restaurants (that's why I run) and converse over a glass of wine long after the meal is over.
My Education: I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Gave me a good perspective on life 
I enjoy road trips on my Triumph Tiger (pictured). I make an annual trip to Northern Wyoming every summer where I have part ownership of a cabin in the foothills of the Big Horn Mountains where hiking trails are numerous. It's beautiful country! And so close to Yellowstone National Park. For those who might be concerned, the cabin now has running water and a telephone!
