• .¸>÷÷(((°>~A Little About Me:
I am pretty much a "River Girl" at heart... I live, work & play on the Columbia River. I liveaboard a charming little houseboat (floating home), with a fantastic view of Mt. Hood. I own and operate a small nautical web design service / yacht brokerage firm. I'm a creative person as well; I love sculpting with clay & wood, and I do a little canvas painting too.
I love dressing up occasionally for an evening out, however, I don't mind getting my hands dirty working on various projects. I have a variety of interest such as; music, museums, trying new things, discovering new places, and searching those exciting and memorable adventures.
• .¸>÷÷(((°>~Things I'd like to try One Day:
1) I'd love someday to "airplane camp" from field to field, and/or state to state... Island hopping up North by plane would be totally COOOOL.
2) A seaplane would be a GREAT experience as well, such as, landing in the rivers of Alaska... can you imagine the beautiful view.
3) A ride in a "hot air balloon" with a glass of champagne for two, would be fun & romantic.
OK, that's enough of my dream list.... (lol)
• .¸>÷÷(((°>~For Fun:
I have a couple boats floating about that I enjoy restoring. One is a little 26' mini-pirate (cutty sailboat), complete with a treasure chest for lines, hand painted skulls, and a golden firing cannon.
One of the most daring things I've done is crossing the Columbia Bar into the ocean, as a Skipper for a small group of fishermen. I did that for 2 1/2 months, it was quite a challenging experience for me. I don't think, I'd do it again though, the fishing part that is, since it hurt my heart everything they killed a fish, but the crossing of the bar however, was very stimulating.
• .¸>÷÷(((°>~ My Thoughts:
I'm seeking a genuine guy, that has the same passion for life & boating/sailing, as I do. Finding that One, who shares the same interest would be a fabulous thing.
There is nothing as romantic as sailing on a moon lit night! I miss having that someone special to share those adventurous experiences with... how about You? If this sounds inviting, and you have an adventurous spirit & mind, as I do, then we may have something in common. Soooooo, let's Set Sail... A Romantic Adventure May Await Us!
