Friend request isn't working

Something wrong with my friend request. When I push on accepting it I'm brought to a blank page. Also when I send out friend request people tell me that they experience the same thing. Is this because it's coming from me?
I sent messages to the helpline and I never received any replies. Do I need to delete cookies on my phone or download the app?
