Dear OP:
Any 55 year old of either sex who doesn't get wet either doesn't shower or bath.
They last a long time if the eat well, exercise, don't drink, drug or hang around with stupid guys.
Sexually, if you marry one your own age and treat her well you will find out in thirteen years. What - are you in a rush to find out for?
PS: Your physical condition, your character and your sensitivity are major factors so my suggestion is to shower and bath with her during the next thirteen years. Cook healthy meals and go out and get exercise with her.
In that process she may even like you even if (as I suspect) at the moment - due to the shallowness of your questions - no sensible woman of any age would feed your narcissism.
