Most are 'good' inside. Unfortunately, we can only observe others from the outside. No one is perfect. Complimenting others' good deeds seems to encourage good attitudes.

Awww  look at all these nice responses!
OK well Dennyv put me in place so I'm feeling rather sedate now and have no reason or right to complain. He had a point and it's nice to see nice responses rather than antagonism and with some true words too. It is hard to open up again.
The good words alone speak for your character gentlemen.

I agree. I think that the world is full of terrific men, once you get to know them. I have been unattached for a while and I can't believe how difficult it is to meet someone, never mind the difficulty in getting to really know them.
