There are literally over a million types of poisons in the world, less than 1/125th that we actually know of and have recorded. The most common and the most deadly of these poisons have never been recorded, but are in plain sight. It’s in our streets, our neighborhoods, our cities and in most of our homes. It’s odorless, tasteless, colorless, and weightless and has no mass to it at all. But, it kills a person every 20 minutes. It destroys a marriage every 15 minutes. It disassembles serious pre-marriages every 8 minutes. This poison type of poison is among us everyday and with out warning, goes totally out of control. It causes unhappiness, creates loneliness, and also ends lives needlessly. It’s a dissolvable poison and untraceable. Once the damage is done, it’s no where to be found. It’s the perfect assassin. A killer that will never stand trial and will never be caught. But, you can stop it. You can make it totally disappear forever and it would never ever exist, never create loneliness, or any harm to anyone, never tear families apart, never come between marriages, ever kill again. The Poison I speak of, is Jealousy. The antidote, is unconditional love. It's not a hard thing to choose.

Shucks, as I read 99 percent of your post, I thought you were talking about alcoholism Which is responsible for up to 60 percent of divorces. Excessive jealously is never good, but sometimes us women do have reason to be jealous Of course unconditional Love Does not mean accepting the unacceptable and trust should not be automatic. In order to gain trust one has to be trustworthy.

Ok Satin and John, I will try to express my feelings about jealousy... John says it is poison, so what could we come up
with for that? Maybe a sort of song... bluesy, slow and sad, like the day in May 1958 when I looked out of
our 8th grade classroom and saw...
I saw you walking, baby, with another girl,
She was blonde and busty, and someone
I never saw around here before..
My stomach twisted and turned,
And it wasn't Chubby Checker
Caused me to have heartburn!
You and she were holdin' hands
She was starin' at you
Like you were her only man..
How can you do this to me,
When I did nothin ' to you,
If you want her, baby,
Dyin' all that's left for me to do...

I agree that alcoholism is one of the many poisons. The worst poison is a pre-concieved mind, it can not see the message of something that there is no justification for. Alcohol has to be consumed before it becomes effective. Jealousy is created instantly with out any ingestion of any thing of any kind.
Jealousy is the same as being predudice. On one hand it can be formed from an uneducated conclussion drawn from the imagination of one's own mind with out base, fact or proof.
On the other hand it can be formed from mistrust of past experiences of some one and/or gender in the past, passing through in viewing a person in the present in the same manner with out just cause simply because of gender. "He's a man-She's a woman, they can't be trusted because."
Once a base fact and proof are see, there's no need for jealousy, the answers are clear and the steps are easily defined. Jealousy after the fact now is a self induced cancer created with in ones own mind for no purposeful reason.
Logically speaking, there is nothing to be jealous of. JMO.

Unfortunately, Ms sumbeach777, as far as fixing some one else or trying to convince them there is no reason for it, it's a lost cause. It is up to the individual to look at the way they themselves view it and come into the reality, rather than remain in their dream world, their own self created living night mare. JMO.
