You really need a head shot with you smiling...get a friend to take it. Just so you know I read the entire profile and found a man with some college to not have a command of the English language. Many mistakes with punctuation, sentence structure, when the word a or an is used...you might want to fix that because it is indicative of a Nigerian catfish...especially when your first sentences has your name...Sam I am.if you can fix that stuff then I will review with more suggestions...if not...then I will think you are a faker! Who are the 2 quotes from at the bottom of your profile? If you said it they don't need to be quoted. If someone else said it you need to credit them for it. But neither of the 2 paragraphs says shit about who you are and what makes you a great catch so I would delete them both.

That will kinda help us figure out how to direct suggestions. In the meantime... "Brutally honest" usually means rude and tactless. Honest is fine if you can do it tactfully or with sensitivity. Otherwise, it's just being mean. I would hope you know the difference. You have potential in your writing, but need to break it up into a few more paragraphs to be an easier read.

Evidently the lead shot is and update and it is pretty good. I think I would delete the shot with out a shirt. It is one thing if you are standing by a lawn mower or on the beach but if it looks like a selfie it is kind of not the greatest impression. Actually like the quotes. It changes the over all tone of your profile which if rested only on your photos comes off a little more hostile that I think you are on a day to day basis. Smiling in photos doesn't revoke your man card. lol If you have some really bad faux-pas in your posts, I don't go into that, you might want to either explain or excuse yourself which ever is appropriate. "To thine own self be true." Admitting you are human and sometimes react with out thinking would not be terminal. Most people get if you have a "drama" in your life you might have a bad moment or two but if your response was over the top you are going to have to deal with it because smart folks do research posts. I am not a big believer in deleting profiles. For one thing you can delete a profile and someone can still find it so it is not really going away. Anyway that is my two cents worth on the subject. Hopefully it is helpful.

Why used NOT in what you want? See how saying I want a woman who is proud of herself and her accomplishments sounds so so much better than someone who isn't going to hide herself? Sounds stupid I know, but in online dating the people look more for a reason to not talk to you than they do for a reason they should That post that was mentioned before, about the 10 month woman. granted I'm not a woman, but I'd bet my last dollar they will think to themselves one of a few things A you don't have guts enough to say what you feel and only say what you think you can get away wioth B Your so unsure of yourself you don't think you were worth trying to make it official C you need to ask your friends approval before they will be accepted On and On not trying to fry you but I have been on here a very long time and have seen posts from the women I learned from, Kind of like how MOST of them won't write back if your grammar sucks, they think your stupid and don't give you a chance, never take into account some of us type like we talk and use cuz, ya, etc...

Even if you were in my age range, I would steer very clear. Either you truly are negative and sad and angry all the time or you need to totally redo EVERYTHING on your profile to convey a more accurate picture of who you are and what your life is like

You do what you want...but you did say you have poor grammar so I was just correcting one thing for you that was silly.
