Why is it when I send messages it tells me the person sent a reply but I never get their messages. It's hard to talk to people if it won't let me.

If it says sent reply and ur in it inbox that means YOU sent a reply to there message.

Robin not if you check your sent box. It states reply sent. I wonder if the person has had their profile deleted and not seeing the reply?

If the site finds that they are a scammer, they will not only delete the profile but also any messages that were sent.

Could be a glitch. Could be a scammer or questionable message and this site is delaying its arrival to protect you.
I've observed many delay problems with the messaging system. This site seems best suited to communicate within the forum. You get confirmation that the message was posted, vs. wondering if actually sent.

I have it set up when when somebody text me on the website that a message goes to my email and then that informs me that I have a message on the website and I've been getting it the last day and a half but there's nothing new on my messages for the website

I haven't been using any app associated with the website I just have things set up under this and your website but I do have it where the website emails me through my Hotmail account when I get a message an its been notifying me that I'm getting messages but when I go to the website I don't have any messages

I am also having this problem. I have been in communication with someone and when I look into my sent folder to check the messages that I have sent the person, it says that they have sent a reply. the last two responses from the person have been this way. Sent box says a reply was sent, inbox does not show any messages.

I also just noticed something else. I sent the person a friend request. She apparently accepted because it shows me on her friends list. Yet when I look on my friends list it does not show her as a friend, but it shows her under my friends activity list.

Same thing is happening to me frequently...I look in the messages tab and it say the person sent a reply, but there is no reply in my inbox. Someone needs to fix this.
