I have try to make my profile visible again I have done what they ask but all I get is this message from them...to close your account and reopen or try back later.. but that didn't help at all..I have email them a few time but no response..Does anyone have any Ideal what I can do to fix this problem..thank you...Judi

Make sure you are clicking on " Save update " when you try to change it to visible.
