First I must say I just barely know
the basic when it comes to the puter.
I use to have dial-up now I have Alltel
wireless.Up until a few days ago I could
send and receive e/mail.Now I can't.My
old service provider (dial-up)use to be
my provider,now I don't use them and I
think they cut me off.I tried using my
username and password with them its not
helping me.I tried to use system restore
that didn't work.Most everything I do on
the puter involves my home e/mailing.
(I have a business)and I know I'm not getting
my mail.What can I do?
Thank you.I DO APPRECIATE ANY HELP.

I would imagine you have to set up a new mailbox account with Alltel...Since you no longer have your old service provider (ISP), your incoming mail will end up in cyber space. Check with your tech support from Alltel, they will set up your account.

Yes and if you didn't copy all you email stuff before shutting the service off it is lost. I recently cancelled my verizon account and am still finding things I forgot to copy before loosing access to this account

Try doing a web search for for your old providers mail service and try to access your old account, probably wont work but worth a try, as i can access my service provided mail thru a different internet provider, ...use hot mail or yahoo , then no matter who your service provider is you will still always be able to get your mail
