I guess I just dont understand what difference it would make?To me it would show someone is taking care of themselves,people have dentures for many reasons,car accidents,bad teeth runs in the family,my 10 yr old grandaughter had a bike wreck and lost 3 front teeth so she will have implants or a partial at 14 yrs old when her mouth is done growing.....so there are many reasons why a person would have dentures and i truley hope no one would fault a person for that....JMO

Many years ago, (when I was young--real young), I was approached by a very pretty young girl (who was not a meth addict). She was bold enough to tell me she liked me. Her flaw was her mouth--the first two teeth were rotted off just brown stubs.
Over the years I have gained wisdom (of sorts) and would not reject her today because of her dental flaws. Young people need to acquire the maturity of age and the sooner they do it the better.
Get the dentures.

Dentures are nothing to be ashamed of. Not all young folks with them are meth addicts. I have had mine for some time and I can assure you I am not now, nor have I ever been a meth addict. I figured I would be the only meth addict around who was still fat, so what is the point? HA! I took too much tetracycline as a child and it ruined my teeth.
Dental work is expensive and some can't afford it, no since judging them. I would like to mention to anyone who might need dental services, check to see if there is a --Affordable Dentures-- office near you. That is where I got mine, reasonable prices, same day service for most.

over the years I have met many women that had dentures, many different reasons , but it falls down to the same thing they need them. so if you are afraid it will cause a man not to date you ,well, think again,most will not really now you are wearing them. Its would be better to have a woman with false teeth, than a woman with rotten teeth. Any day!

I'm not young but there nothing wrrong with that. I know some guys on here is going to have a very smart a** comment, like its a plus and you know what I mean, but I'm not saying that. I look at it as hey at least you have all your teeth. And always will, unless someone steals them. but there's nothing wrong with that at all.

Should people judge? No, but some will and some will have preferences. If someone isn't comfortable with them then they are the wrong person for you.
Yes, dental work is a fortune. I've always had challenges with my teeth and now am about to start another extraction and implant.
To the OP, ask your dentist "if" you might be a candidate for implants. They are expensive but most dentists will let you pay them off over time. Two posts can support 3 teeth. It might be possible to just "start" with your smile line which encompasses your 6-8 top front teeth(depending how big your smile). Once they're in they are just like having regular teeth. You are young and the cost is worth it. If this is a possibility, pack your lunch, don't buy a new car and do what you can to make this investment in yourself. Good luck.

Ok...alot of ppl my age have dentures. If you care for them, and dont have what they call "denture breath" you dont even know they have them! I have a top plate due to medical trauma, and it kind of bugged me at first. (never kissing any one after I got them for a while.) It's all good, trust me  Note: A gentleman I know, took his dentures out...they were bothering him. Lordie child!! That was one of the most passionate, hot, knee buckling, toe curling kisses I had ever had!! I think my toes curled...my thoughts got rather lost...lol. Bottom line...if some dude has a problem with you having dentures, he's a bigger problem than you having them...curb him!

Man I have an implant for one tooth and it feels absolutely 100% like my other teeth. They're awesome. And back when I got it the dentist said he knew some people who would get an entire mouth of them instead of dentures. lol At that time I think it would cost $20,000+ to do that though.

I may regret this, BUT  I've had them for 2 years now. Unfortuneatly I haven't had the Pleasure of having a Younger Man, or an Older Man be put off by me having them. Soooo, the way I figure it, if He has a Problem with it, Thats His Problem  Its a downfall of growing older, Just like Hairloss and Flab. DEAL with it Having them in no way changes Who I am, What I am, and if I am not bothered by them He shouldn't be either  JMHO

i know a girl way back in high school, that had her two front teeth knocked out,
the dentist put a partial in, and she had no problem, finding dates as i can recall...
i think dentures would be better than no teeth or rotted teeth
i think though if she is that young, she should have the permenent ones put in,

WHY ask this question unless this is referring to you. If you have dentures I am sure
it was a neccesity and not something you certainly chose for yourself.
If you have dentures then be upfront with your date as soon as possible or
better yet why not look for a guy with the same?
