jadamia Westbrook, ME age: 40	Lovely ladies, was going to say something about myself, but want to say, Never say your old as your getting older, it is a myth to think that one is old at 50 or 60, let me some countries people living past 100....oh by the way in my late 30's I got into martial arts filming, doing my own stunts and fight scenes, so ladies never say your old for anything...I dream of working with jackie chan, so I'm 40, never call yourself old at any age.

jadamia Westbrook, ME age: 40	Diet is a very bad word, and I will tell you why? Everything to me, kind of relates to Jackie Chan. Jackie Chan, grew up poor and was always hungry. When he first came to America to film, he heard people say they have to go on a diet. Jackie asked, "Diet, what is Diet?" People told him, it was stop eating so much food. Jackie than said, "Oh that is such a bad word, I am always hungry, never go on diet" I think unless anyone has a health problem, you can eat anything you want, just in moderation and just do some exercise, shake a booty at your house, turn your music on and shake your booty, girl!
