Hi, I used to love all the different Tae Bo workout videos but stopped when I moved upstairs. Now I go to the gym, but I was wondering if anyone has any workout DVDs they have tried and liked.

Yes, I love them. Try the local Borders, they have stacks of them. Interestingly, some thrift shops have
tons of the videos, and I was able to stock up on some of my favorites. I prefer the one on one, no
groups, mostly weights, Pilates, or yoga, but you will find tons. Try Collage Videos in Minn. I have
been ordering from them since 1988, good luck!

Since you have done Tae Bo the ones by Leslie Sansone might not be challenging enough for you. They are a in home walking program. Some have weights. They have helped me. I was wondering about Denise Austin. If anybody liked her approach to fitness. I am working on low impact and weights and working up to a jog now and then. Thanks in advance. I just wish you guys were closer so we could work out together. Keep up the good work!

Denise works hard, doesn't she? I do have a Pilates one, Pilates for Every Body, like it because she is alone, no class. The constant chatter sometimes

gets to me, but it is 45 min so a good workout. I like the Method Pilates ones, and Minna Lessig. I like Prevention
Better Belly Yoga, Shape Pilates is very good, Pilates Fusion I did last night, and Pilates Weight Loss for Dummies.
I have two of Leslie's walking tapes to do in winter months. I used to do Karen Voight and step aerobics in my
40's, but overuse has led to some knee pain, so Pilates works for me. Any others you like or find beneficial?
Do you like yoga? The old Buns of Steel Yoga is still good, love the Japanese Garden setting.

I like the belly dance workout dvds. You would not think you could get hurt from those but let me tell you, you better stretch and take it easy.

Yes I love to workout on DVDS. my favorite is Richard Simmons, I have alot of his workout. I can't afford a gym right now and I also don't have to worry about being self conscious at the gym. I think for me going to the gym I would like to workout with someone instead of being alone.

Try Collage Video, they have a great selection and good service. I love my Pilates tapes and the new Yoga dvd is good
too, very nice music, and a choice of Spanish for those who enjoy languages as I do.

Tamilee Webb-she's my favorite!I have been starting my day with her nearly every day for at least 12 years now.She did the original Abs of Steel, and has a couple of DVD's now.Her ab routines are the best I've found, and I'd rather watch her while I'm doing it than some guy!

I like Tamilee, have her stretch video and her "tight on Time" weight training, some great exercises on that one!
Collage Video in Minn, has all the exercise videos, or the new word is dvds, and they arrive within a couple days
of the order. I saw a new Rodney Yee yoga dvd, 5 different 20 min segments to start the day. After gardening
all day yesterday, I need to do some yoga this morning! PS Like you, I enjoyed the old Buns of Steel tapes! No
saggy bottom on this chick!
