Correction - Who is considered the smart guy here when he is ignorant of proper and correct english and grammar? If you were legitimately a smart guy (namely educated) your query or question would be stated as such:
"Why women are intimidated by a smart guy" or "Why are women intimidated by a smart guy?" Your usage of the word "of" is incorrect in your statement, you should use "by" instead. I also suggest you look up the proper usage of the word "intimidated" and it's defined dictionary meaning.
In reference to your statement "a smart guy" - what constitutes your definition of "smart"? Is there any reference to one here????

OP, I honestly hope that ur not refering to yourself. U might want to check out some GED courses b4 u claim all of this 'educated' nonsense.
There is no way u could have passed college courses with ur limited English comprehension.
I had trouble in Comp I & II. I'm not ashamed. But I struggled, and learn more everyday. I even have a dictionary and thesaurus in my night stand, for practice.
Maybe the women u speak with get annoyed by ur obviously over boisterous attitude.

This post should vindicate women for being so brutal. Just saying. I love intelligent women and your wanting to know why women are intimidates by smart men, OP, far exceeds you because the women on DH pinned you to the wall. I however, have only met one girl on here so far and she was crazy! Certifiably crazy.

I have no idea what ur talking about. The smart guys in HS might have been considered not cool then, but now they're the ones who have good careers, come from good famlies and r def the kind of guy that I want.
Sometimes u need a little time to grow out of that awkward stage.

The four ladies I work with cannot understand the idea of what YOU are saying----women have NOT been intimidated by men for a long long time----FOR ANY REASON. If you--personally have bad luck with women--it may NOT be anything but YOU at fault--and it has nothing to do--WHATSOEVER--with your so called " SMARTS ".

Men & Women are both equally smart when it comes to knowing each other only. The smarter you are about the person you are with is what smart is all about. ...IE: How to touch them, how to talk with them..etc. Job smart & money smart etc...are all a close second. lol
