Iowa is filled with many treasures, both tangible, and intangible. Tell us about the Iowa Treasures you've found in your journeys around Iowa. What are the treasures you've found, where did you find them, what were you doing when you found them, and what did you do with them?
For instance I've found shards of ancient Native American pottery along the banks of Mill Creek in Cherokee County. I've also found Bison bones, and Bison teeth on the sandbars of the Little Sioux River here in Cherokee County. Living in Cherokee County you find yourself far enough away from the big city entertainment venues. So if you have a creative, and adventuresome Spirit, fun times can be found exploring Iowa's rivers, streams, and wooded back country hide-aways in search of a variety of unknown treasures!

No one else has ever found a single treasure in Iowa? That's just sad.
I wonder what the other DHU members from other states think of our lack luster lives.
