Wish I could do that, except I'd have every perv in the neighborhood trolling my porch. Wish I lived where my nearest neighbor was a mile away. 
I usually just grab the current book I'm into and read another chapter or two.

I used to have that problem but since I left him I have been sleeping like a baby. Anyway, that wasn't the question. Before when I was not able to sleep I would get back up and read a book or magazine that I knew would put me to sleep. Before I even attempted to go to bed I always took a long, soaking bath, then I'd head to bed and heaven forbid something would break my spell. LOL I was an insomniac since I was 13 years old. However, 5 years ago when I left and went out on my own I have had no sleeping problems. There are a lot of advice about how to get to sleep. I did give you two of the most highly advised by the experts and they did work for me. But everybody is different. The best advice I can give you and the one that has worked the best for me is "Leave it with God". Best of luck, Jeanne

Sleep ? whats that? oh yeah thats what i do when i finaly get mentaly drained. Usualy i stare at the tv.

Sleeping pills and some alcohol. That will for sure put you to sleep. JK

One thing for sure for me is quit drinking coffee in the evenings....LOL. Do you enjoy caffine at that time of the day? I did last night and I was awake off and on all night. So back to your question. I got online for a while. That is always nice. I prayed. and then I thought about a guy named Tim. What do you do when you can't sleep?

At times I just lay there thinking I will sleep...I will sleeep.... I will sleep.....
But most of the time I just get up knowing I wont for a while and watch tv, or get back on the computor and see if anyone else is up too.....
