DH was the second site I signed up with when I got back into the dating scene post-separation. Not only have I never gotten a date out of DH, I have never had a single message replied to, and I have never been sent a message from a woman that I cared to reply to. In all seriousness, I am here solely out of boredom. I've gotten more dates replying to craiglist ads than I have from DH. I've used five other dating sites (paid and free), and I've gotten at least one date out of all of them. Last year alone, I must have been out with 25 different women from one free site alone! I check out DH in spurts, and I'm in one now, and it's the same thing: I've seen a handful of interesting women in the last few months, and none of them returned my messages. It's definitely not me nor my messages, because I'm doing fine on other sites. Seems to just be DH.
I'm in Boston MetroWest. Anyone else from this region have the experience I've had?

I'd suggest changing your user name. It comes across as an innuendo, which many women could find abrasive if they're looking for something serious.
Also, make sure the initial message is at least a couple sentences, but nowhere near as lengthy as this thread.

I wasn't looking for advice really. Like I said, I'm doing fine on other sites.
My username is the same on all my sites, and quite frankly if someone is going to be put off by a username on a website, unless it is something morbid like IRapeLittleKids, she's definitely not going to work with the real me in a relationship. I was married to uptight before, never again...
