A virtue is simply a positive trait. And while many claim to be "virtuous" I am only looking for what anyone would think is "overrated" like in not necessary, to the quality that they are looking for in an individual.
here is one to me seems like an oxymoron "outgoing" .

Virtue (Latin: virtus, Greek: ??et? "arete") is moral excellence. A virtue is a positive trait or quality subjectively deemed to be morally excellent and thus is valued as a foundation of principle and good moral being. Personal virtues are characteristics valued as promoting collective and individual greatness. The opposite of virtue is vice.
He said it was overrated virtues, so the opposite. Professing a desire for something he/she possesses isn't needed. Moral excellence doesn't include hiding behind your own weakness.

Yes, personal improvement in the head, then going for it, scaling back where needed and coming to reality. Animal behavior is huge in that area with me, but I almost always walk away smiling. They humble me, they school me and they love me.
Another virtue would be separate agendas . . which comes back to honesty. Sometimes it's disguised very well.
