I love living in the south. I'm originally from Nebraska. I think the Appalachians are beautiful. I love that I don't have to live through blizzards regularly. The landscape is so lush and green. I even like kudzoo.
I do believe in truth in advertising so let me just lay it on the line here. I'm 5'7 280 lbs and I'm ok with that. Like most women am always trying to lose, unlike most women - I actually like the way I look now, so I don't stress over it too much.
I love being a woman and all the little feminine things that go along with it - pretty fingernails, hoop earrings, high heels, girly clothes - the only thing I'm not into is hair and makeup - gets in the way of too much fun stuff.

I love everything about 1776.
I love to feel the sunshine on my face and bare skin. I can totally relate to that whole basking in the sun thing. I like to smell the rain and saw dust. I enjoy the feeling of wind in my hair. I'm up for a new adventure. There are still a lot of "I never" that I'm working on, but things are just so much more fun when you have someone to do them with.
I'm a cancer survivor. I wear the pink ribbon and cherish that I have been cancer free since 2007.

I enjoy flee markets, thrift stores, garage sales, anywhere I can make a deal or find a good buy. That thousand mile yard sale they have every year... WOW! what fun!! Part of the fun is that your road tripping at that same time. I love to travel and check out local scenery and local attractions. There is still so much out there for me to see!

Ooohhhhhh, I love pretty rocks, the bigger the better. I know, they weigh a ton, but they're such cheap souvenirs. Got some beautiful carved onyx in Mexico, and I have this really odd rock called Tiff, that supposedly you can only get in certain parts of Missouri. I almost lost my shoe at a rock quary in Indiana - I just had to have this green rock that looked like kryptonite.
I'm not a hater. I understand how it happens... but in truth, I liked being married. I'm a widow. I loved my husband. My folks had a great marriage as well, over 40 years. The best times in my marriage were going to bed together every night. I liked it. I miss it. I'm not disenchanted with the process or with men... life is too short to get hung up on that stuff. Live, love and laugh.
Every thing has something to offer... it's what you can find to take from it that matters. I love the quote, don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.
