OK, I just moved to North Dakota from California. So I'm looking for a place to live, trying to get to know people, and adjusting to the climate. I guess you could say I'm cold and lonely. I'm on here looking for friendship, and maybe a casual relationship. I'm not looking for anything real serious right now.
I used to be in the Air Force, which was a great gig while it lasted. Got to travel around the world, see amazing things, and work with a lot of cool people. I still work in the defense industry, but I've hung up the uniform.
Places I like to hang with people are coffee shops and restaurants that are either fine dining or shady local diners with unique character. I avoid the in betweens. In other words, not Applebee's.
I love to travel. I've been around the world, but I also enjoy local trips. When the winter ends (this does end, right?), I'm thinking I should drive out to Devil's Lake. Anyone want to go?
