I would like to meet a lady who knows how to be in love, someone who enjoys the warmth of living life with another to share it with. Having common likes and activities is always nice, but so too can be finding new interests through someone else. Affection is a big plus, I like to hold hands and cuddle (no, really, I do). I'm not looking for someone to take care of me, I manage that well enough, just someone who cares for me.
A bit about me:
- I have been separated (and alone) for two years -- I Will Not be returning.
- I lie far less than most, though I sometimes wish I did.
- My own values are mostly of the old fashioned sort, but I am accepting of a broad range of views in others.
- As with virtually any man still breathing, I very much like sex - but that's NOT why I'm here.
- I have no great wealth, but I don't need a calculator to figure out my debt. I also do not need or want any of your wealth. (or debt)
- I've been called a jack-of-all-trades but I disagree because there's so much I still don't know.
- I make my living and a great deal of my pleasure working with my hands.
- I make no claims to being anyone's dream-boat, but neither am I hard on the eyes.
- To those of you who want something between the ears - I'll match you thought for thought.
- Not into counting IQ points? That's okay, neither am I.
- I have three daughters who mean more than life to me, but do not live with me.
- I spent a number of years in college, but most of what I know has either come from the school of hard knocks or being self taught.
- Lastly, I have a great deal of difficulty initiating contact with people (meaning you ladies that might be reading this,) I have far more respect for boundaries than has ever been good for me. In other words, there is a very good chance that I have read your profile and would love to get to know you, but I'm afraid of treading where I'm not wanted, or that I'll come across as one of the million or so sex starved idiots out there. (I'm sorry, did I say "idiots"? I meant neanderthals.)
