Hello I absolutely Love life, everyday is something new. The outdoors is one of my favorite places rivers, lakes, parks, beaches, mountains, forests...so much in just one place ; ) I Love Dancing!!! I really can dance! not just grindn behind a girl! one of my favorite past times, I can go all night without hardly stopping; music is a passion. Reggae, Jazz, Drum n Bass, BluesGrass, Ben Harper and Michael Franti are a couple artists. I practice guitar and some african hand drums both are deeply spiritual instruments. Though I said I wasn't religious I am very spiritual and constantly work on that energy plane. I practice meditation, martial arts, yoga, japanese reiki healing and chinese chi kung exercises. I read and do personal research on enlightenment leading to the elevation of consciousness. 
Truth and Honesty are some of my best attributes, hard to come by in a world so full of deceptions and falsehoods enough to make anyone legally insane. I believe that the only way to truly be happy is to stop all the lies and start over with the truth, but that would take much restraint and forgiveness in order for it to work because unless we accept each other we can't forgive or be happy.......Not truly! there is alot more so don't be a stranger ; )
