A bear and his man

This one has a LOGICAL, childishly simple resolution. Ready?
A man lives in a green house. The house is square shaped, and all the walls face south
Each wall has 3 windows
The man has two wives, each with 4 arms
Wife one has S children
The other wife is barren.
On a tuesday in June the man stares out a window in his house, and sees a bear.
What color is the bear?
Answer: the bear was white.
If the man lives in a square house and all walls face south, his home is at true North Pole. Polar bears are the only bears at the Pole. Polar bears are of course, white
