there isn't a term for just an odor.. but it could be trichomoniasis... is there a color AT ALL to her discharge?.. not just sexual discharge.. if it's not clear that could be the problem.. also if she eats or drinks stuff high in acid content that could VERY well be the problem.

I have never been told that i smell and I know that i do not smell nevertheless, I try to wash before any sexual encounter just incase his face may go down there. I guess im just self conscious but i have a lot of lady friends that do the same thing. If the smell is intolerable then she probably has an infection and needs to go to her doc. A woman should be familiar with her own body though and should know if her smell has changed. If you are in a relationship then you should be able to talk openly about these things. I personally would not be offended if my guy told me that my smell is a little off and I might have some health concerns to deal with. I would rather know then walk around public smelling like a dead fish.

Sorry to say that if it smells, that's not a sea that you should swim in. Smells are usually cause by bacteria (Bacterial Vaginosis) It is almost concidered a STD, only because you can trade it with partners, be it oraly or though intercourse. So if the need to dive is really that great have her take a shower and use a dental dam for your protection and best of luck to you with that.
