Sometimes I notice the eyes first, sometimes I notice the boobs first. In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with noticing a woman's breasts as long as you realize that there is more to a woman than just breasts. Just out of curiosity, why do women wear low cut blouses and then wonder why men look at their boobs?
