This has probably been said before, but some people don't post pictures because they want their potential dates to get to know them without the factor of knowing what they look like playing a role in that. People deemed good-looking and the ones who don't see themselves as good-looking both do that. Others probably just don't have a good picture or hardly any they feel are worth showing. Me, for example? I hardly have any pictures, although two of them might be considered good. Eh, it's like whatever.

Well, I'm not posting any picture in public because I don't want any of my colleagues at work to see it. I have no problem sending my picture in private to who ever asks if I'm interested in that person.
I know one woman shadow here that is more sexy and attractive than 99% of the ones with pictures.

This is kind of getting old, but posting pictures should be a choice, people ignore you whether you post or not, and pictures can lie, because the people can lie, it doesn't matter if you post one or not, the picture can also be of someone else, who cares????? If a person is not shallow, then they will communicate with you with or without a picture. I say be honest in your profile at least.

 Why can't you be thankful that somebody is even interested in you?
Do all your books have pictures...still?
It could be mystery, insecurities, no recents pictures, many people look better in real life anyways....they want to make sure your not hung up on looks....
Why not ask them?

I just don't get it.What is the strategy of someone who puts up a profile,but wont post a picture? Is this what MARRIED people do so they wont get caught cheating? I put a photo on my profile,and since I'm not into BLIND dates,I want to see who I'm looking at!And even if I say,I wont respond unless you have a photo,these people still e-mail me anyway,so I just delete them.So why are they afraid to post a picture? what are they trying to hide?
Why would a man have the screen name cuddlelove?
And expect anything? Take what you can get.

I am a teacher and a football coach so I will not post a pic but if a woman wants one I'll send her one. Some people would probably get a lot more responses without the picture they have posted. Some are pretty scarey. JMO

Real answer. and another note.
I have been on this site short time and I have limited pics of myself (100,s of others and lots of stuff} and they are lost in cyber space. lol I can post a very cute pic(s) of me as baby but just don,t have good current one.
I was on a forum on this site and without doing anything wrong was treated VERY POORLY for not having a pic ,not asked why just called names ???? pretty childish.

So, You can buy a disposble camera take some pictures, scan and put it in with
Ur profile... I noticed when I was waiting for my pic to be approved no one
sent wink, emails...It is only fair that if you can see me, I can see you .
I don't care what anyone tells me, it is BIG TIME RED FLAGs if there is NO PIC..
I personally prefer the forums, threads...
