There could be a lot of reason why someone would not post a pic, they may not have a digital camera or a scanner, they may have a job that they are not permitted to post a pic where it could be seen by everyone. The thing is after you get to know someone before you meet him/her you would request to see a pic anyway. I, myself go more by personality anyway even though I know an attraction must be there. But if the first thing someone woudl ask for is a pic if it would not posted would be a turn off for me. JMO
